CARD: Happy Tails

Happy Monday and thank you for stopping by.  I hope your week is off to a good start so far.  It's a cold day here in Hamilton, Ontario and we're bracing for yet another winter storm tomorrow.  I have a day off from my full-time job so I'm spending it in my happy place, crafting with you!

Today I have a super cute card to share with you.  This card was inspired by Gloria Plunkett.  It was one of the cards we made at my team appreciation dinner last month; just one of the perks of belonging to my "Shut Up & Stamp" team.  We meet every month for training, support, friendship and laughter.  I have the best team around and I'm always looking to add to it!  If you'd like more information, send me an email and let's get together over coffee or wine to chat.

But, let's get back to the project...

The card uses the new Happy Tails stamp set and coordinating punch from the Occasions Catalogue.  On this particular card, I've used the stamp set to create a background and sentiment; but the main image, the dog, is punched from Basic Black cardstock.  The new Striped Metallic Ribbon is the perfect accent and a cute little red heart adds just a pop of colour.

I ended up sending this super cute card to a dear friend of mine who lost her fur baby; but, there are so many other ways to use this adorable stamp set.  Check back frequently for more ideas.

If you have any questions about any of the products you've seen here today, I'm happy to answer them for you.

Happy stampin'!
