Pretty Snowflake

I love these snowflake ornaments we made at card club last week.  They look like they would be difficult to duplicate, but really, they're not!

Created using the Festive Flurry stamp set and matching Festive Flurry Framelits  for the Big Shot.  This ornament also includes Red Glimmer Paper, Silver Embossing Powder and Window Sheets. 

The layers are held together with a hot glue gun.  No, that's not a Stampin' Up! product.  Any old glue gun will do the trick!

Lovely & Joyful

I've posted a lot of projects lately featuring Joyful Christmas and today is no different. I love this card we made at Card Club Wednesday night. The card features many different new products and some old favourites like Lovely as a Tree!

The base of the card was cut out using the new Thinlits Circles for the Big Shot. They are so easy to use and give your cards motion and dimension!

The tree is decorated using Candy Dots in Regals and the front of the card features paper from the Season of Style Designer Series paper pack.

Very Merry Tags

I wasn't going to post this yet, but I just love it too much not to share.  The photo doesn't do it justice.

This is a tag we will be making in my upcoming "Very Merry Bags & Tags" class.  I just love how it turned out!

The Big Shot and several framelits feature prominently in this tag design.  The background was cut using the Apothecary Accents framelits; the leaves using Secret Garden framelits and the Woodgrain embossing folder lends texture to the background.

The image is stamped using Stampin' Write Markers and the mistletoe berries are topped with our basic pearls.

Joyful Christmas

There are 47 days until Christmas!  Walking through retail stores you'll find the shelves being lined with poinsettias and greenery.  I love the colours, sights and smells of this time of year.

Snowy Day

Natural Simplicity

I wanted to share this beautiful card I received in the mail from Jamilla Ivits congratulating me on my promotion to Consultant!

Of course, I have all of you to thank as I wouldn't be where I am without all of you! Thank you for your continued support! The card features some lovely Fall themed products and if you've followed my blog for any time, you'll know that Fall is my favourite season! I adore how she used our Sweater Weather DSP to give the card that birch bark look. She then layered our Burlap ribbon with stamped and die cut images using the Autumn Accents Big Shot framelits (which are part of this week's Weekly Deals) and coordinating stamp set Wonderfall. This is a favourite from the FAll 2012 catalog that was carried over!
Topped off with a sentiment from Itty Bitty Banners and matching framelits Bitty Banners, and a Naturals Designer button the card just feels like Fall; don't you think?
