It's Cyber Monday. Are you taking advantage of all the sales available? It certainly makes holiday shopping a little lighter on the wallet.
Today, I have a project for you from a recent swap I participated in. The swap theme was to showcase products from the Holiday catalogue, so I chose the Sip, Sip, Hooray stamp set and coordinating Sip & Celebrate Dies.
To create this card, I started with a Basic Black base measuring 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". I then cut another piece of the Basic Black to be 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" which I then cut with the bubbles using the Sip & Celebrate dies. I also cut the wine glasses with the same die set. Copper Foil paper was then cut to measure 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". Using Tombow Multi-purpose Liquid Glue, I adhere the die cut Basic Black to the Copper foil before adhering to the card base using Snail. On a separate piece of Copper Foil, "Sip, Sip" is stamped in Stazon Black Ink. On Vellum card stock, "Hooray" is stamped in VersaMark ink and sprinkled with Copper embossing powder. This is then set using the Heat Tool before using the Stitched Shape dies to cut out both sentiments. I adhered the two circles together using Snail before using Stampin Dimensionals to add them to the card front. I made sure that the Dimensionals were only on the copper side, or hidden in the overlap so as to not show through the vellum. Finish it all off with a few Rhinestones for additional sparkle and you have a card perfect for any celebration.
