Stampers Showcase Blog Hop Holiday Edition

Welcome and thank you, for stopping by.  If you're new to my blog, you're in for a treat because today is the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop!  I'm joined by other talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world to bring you tons of inspiration.  This month, our theme is our favourite product from the Holiday catalogue.

I've actually incorporated a couple of products for my project, I hope you enjoy!

Did any of you notice that my project is Hallowe'en themed and not Christmas?  If you follow me, you'll know that my absolute favourite holiday is Christmas so for this hop I decided to push outside my comfort zone to create a project that used a favourite product; but not for Christmas.  I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.  What do you think?

I've used the All-Around Wreath Dies, which I adore; and the Wonderfully Wicked bundle which includes the Wonderfully Wicked stamp set and Wicked Dies.  Be sure to check out my YouTube channel for video instructions!

Thanks for hopping with me.  Don't forget to click the button below to be taken to the next project along the hop.

If you're interested in any of the products you've seen here today, you can purchase them in my online store if you live in Canada.  Simply click on any of the images below to be taken directly to that product.  Be sure to check out all the benefits to shopping with me by visiting my Rewards page.

CARD: Friend Like You

Whew!  I've been busy with mom life lately and haven't had time to sit down and write for all of you. So today, I'm brining you another CASE the catalogue idea from the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue.

Today's project is a card featuring the Friend Like You stamp set.  This is a photopolymer stamp set which makes layering and placing images right where you want them so easy.  The set contains images of palm trees, dragonflies and reeds to create a tranquil seascape.

This project uses a sponging technique.  This is a technique that is quite easy; but packs a punch and elevates your projects to a whole other level.

If you've enjoyed this Friend Like You card and would like to purchase the items used in this project, you can shop my store 24/7 if you live in Canada.  Simply click on any of the images below to be taken directly to that product.  Of course, there are benefits to shopping with me, so be sure to check out my InkBlotz program.

For more inspiration, be sure never to miss a post by subscribing to my blog.  You'll get email notices whenever I post an update.  Simply add your email to the "Subscribe by Email" box to your right.  Don't forget to sign up for my newsletter to get additional updates and hot off the press news releases.

Fancy Fold Design Team Blog Hop - "W" Fold

Welcome to my very first blog hop with the Fancy Folds Design Team!  I'm super excited to be joining other talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world to bring you inspiration and design ideas to use in your own projects; all of which will be Fancy Folds.  This totally pushes me outside of my comfort zone; and I'm glad to be improving my creative skills and capabilities.

This month, the projects will all feature the "W" fold.  Keep reading to see what I mean!

From the front, the card looks like any other card; but, when you open it up...

...the "W" in the centre, gives the card dimension and a POP effect that will wow any recipient.  Of course, this is just my take on the "W" fold, be sure to hop along with the rest of the Design Team for more creative ideas.  Simply click the "Next" button below to be taken to the next blog, or select from the list of hoppers.
