RETIRING: Rose Wonder
“What a beautiful blessing you are to me” card is from the retiring Stampin Up Rose Wonder stamp set and Rose Garden dies. The flower is heat embossed in gold, and then traced with the Stampin Blends to make it pop. It was cut along the top edge and then layered over the Painted with Love polka dot designer paper.
