Designed by Veronica, and found on a fellow Demo's blog, this card is created using the retiring Happy Celebrations stamp set. The background effect is done with the Marbled Background stamp.
In addition to the stamp set retiring, both Wisteria Wonder and Marina Mist are being discontinued in the new Colour Refresh. Make sure to stock up on refills and card stock in these colours before they sell out.
